About me
My name is Jonathan Beeston and I work in search engine marketing for a company called Efficient Frontier. I've worked in SEM for about 6 years, now specialising in large-scale paid search management for UK and European clients. I started this blog to give me an outlet to for my thoughts on search and teh Internets, and I originally set myself three objectives:
- Focus on paid search, not organic. Although I know a fair bit about SEO, I don’t practise it any more, nor do I find it as interesting as PPC.
- Write from a UK (and sometimes European) perspective. As much as I enjoy reading stuff from across the pond, I don’t think that British SEM is as represented as it ought to be.
- Speak my mind, but not be a contrarian just for the sake of it.
